Two straightforward all-inclusive packages, no hidden charges. Prices below are per person, per batch date, for the standard 2026 season.

What's included in the price

• Travel by private non-AC vehicle from your city (Pune or Mumbai) to the base village and back.
• Forest entry / permit charges paid on your behalf.
• One veg breakfast at the base village.
• One veg lunch at Hirdi after the trek.
• Evening tea before the drive back.
• Trained Team Captains for group safety.
• Local guide who knows the trail, waterfalls and viewpoints.

What's not included

• Souvenirs, tips, personal shopping and extra snacks.
• Travel insurance.
• Anything ordered à la carte beyond the group meal.

Group & corporate rates

Booking for a group of 15 or more, or a corporate offsite? We run private batches with adjusted pricing on request. WhatsApp us with your headcount and preferred date and we'll come back with a quote.

Payment & cancellation

Payment is 100% online via Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed the moment payment clears. If we cancel a batch for safety reasons (extreme weather, forest closure), you get a full refund. If you cancel — refund policy depends on notice: see the terms and conditions for exact windows.
