Who we are
Andharbantrek.org is operated by BanBanjara Travels ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Name and phone number — collected via the booking form on the homepage. Required to confirm your batch and contact you.
- Pickup city — collected via the booking form to route you to the correct pickup point.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Only the transaction ID and payment status are shared with us.
- Standard web logs — our host records IP address, browser and referrer information for security and analytics. These logs are not linked to your booking.
How we use it
- To confirm your booking, call you back, and share pickup details.
- To notify you about batch changes or safety-related cancellations.
- To occasionally send you information about new batches or trek offerings — only if you've explicitly opted in.
- To comply with applicable laws and safety obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Razorpay — as the payment processor. Their privacy policy applies to your payment data.
- Google Workspace — enquiries submitted via the form are stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to our team.
- Law enforcement or courts — if legally compelled.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which may set a session cookie for delivery.
Your rights
You may ask us to correct, update, or delete any information we hold about you by emailing info@andharbantrek.org. We'll respond within 15 business days.
Data retention
Booking records are retained for two years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. After that, personally identifiable fields are anonymised.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change. If we make a material change, we'll notify recent customers by email.
